Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits
   A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 3 days, your appointment will be released and you will need to reschedule.
2. Late Arrivals
   Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated. This will result in a rescheduled appointment and a 50% feedue to lost time.
3. Cancellations
   Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the original treatment price.
4. Extra Guests
   While there is a small waiting area it is recommended not to bring small children to your appointment as the waiting time can be long for them.
5. Illness
   If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.
6. Right of Admission
   We reserve the right of admission and service at all times.
